新冠肺炎疫情下美国财政失衡及其对中国的影响

摘　　要：美国财政失衡具有长期性,新冠肺炎疫情加剧了这个趋势,并将产生深刻影响。通过对美国财政失衡的长期与短期分析,指出美国财政失衡、债务负担加剧和经济增长放缓之间存在有机关联,债权国长期高额持有美国债券的投资策略不可持续。建议中国应将对美国债券投资作为战略工具,同时减少债券持有量,重新调整投资方向。The US financial imbalance has a long-term nature.The COVID-19 epidemic has intensified this trend and will have a profound impact.Through the long-term and shortterm analysis of the US financial imbalance,this paper puts forward that there is an organic relationship between the US financial imbalance,the intensification of debt burden and the slowdown of economic growth,and the investment strategy of creditor countries holding US bonds for a long time is unsustainable.It is suggested that China should take bond investment in the US as a strategic tool,reduce its bond holdings and readjust its investment direction.
