摘 要:我国新零售经过概念提出、初级实践、转型发展三个阶段,呈现出多样化发展态势,主体从阿里系向全社会零售业发展,业态从生鲜向其他品类扩展,店面从大型化向小型化转变,线上线下进一步融合,形成了多维体验、数字化连接、跨界融合、与供应链整合相结合的营运逻辑。针对新零售面临的三大问题,提出了扩大新零售外延、提升新零售效率、把握利益关系平衡点的建议。After three stages of concept proposal,primary practice and transformation development,China’s new retail has shown a diversified development trend.The main body has developed from Ali to the whole society’s retail industry,the format has expanded from fresh food to other categories,the store has changed from large-scale to small-scale,and online and offline have been integrating continuously.The operation logic of multi-dimensional experience,digital connection,cross-border integration and supply chain integration has formed.In response to the three major problems faced by new retail,suggestions such as expanding the extension of new retail,improving the efficiency of new retail,and grasping the balance of interest relationships are put forward.
