摘　　要：1897年11月的胶州湾事件使胶澳地区成为了国际热点地区之一,在中德双方相互作用的影响下,胶澳开启了由海口向港口,再由港口向城市的发展历程。作为近代新兴的港口城市,胶澳的蜕变离不开殖民政治与军事区位的双重影响,其生长的过程中也被各利益方所关注。但由于中国新闻话语权的缺失,胶澳的国际形象始终被国际媒体报道所引导,同时德国殖民者的统治报告也使得胶澳的港口城市形象在不同历史时段展现出不同的特点。The Jiaozhou Bay incident in November of 1897 made the Jiao’ao area one of the international hot spots.Under the influence of the interaction between the China and Germany,Jiao’ao started from wharf to the port,and then from the port to the city’s development process.As a new port city in modern times,the transformation of Jiao’ao can not be separated from the dual influence of colonial politics and military location,it’s growth process was also concerned by the interests of the parties.But because of the lack of Chinese news,the international image of Jiao’ao had been guided by international medias,at the same time,the German colonial ruling reports also made the port city image of Jiao’ao in different historical periods to show different characteristics.
