摘 要:为更好地提高火箭控制系统的稳定性能及故障诊断和容错能力,对单十表捷联惯组故障诊断方案展开研究,并在现役诊断方案的基础上,提出2项优化设计。针对原表头布局方案导致Y、Z轴对缓变故障不敏感的问题,提出优化布局方案,并通过数字仿真验证优化布局后,诊断方案可快速识别故障表头,隔离故障信息,提高系统精度;针对四表诊断模式中的信息重构方案,提出优化重构方案,并通过仿真验证该优化方案具有更高的导航精度。为后续十表惯组的优化设计提供一定参考。To improve the stability of the rocket control system and the fault-tolerant ability of fault diagnosis,the clap diagnosis scheme of a single-ten-meter strap-down inertial unit was studied,and two optimized designs were proposed based on the active diagnosis scheme.Aiming at the problem that the original herder layout scheme would cause the Y、Z axis to be insensitive to slowly changing faults,one optimized layout scheme was proposed.After the optimized layout was verified by digital simulation,the diagnosis scheme could quickly identify the fault header;isolate the fault information;and thus improve the system's accuracy.Aiming at the information reconstruction scheme in the four-meter diagnosis mode,another optimized reconstruction scheme was proposed,and the simulation results show that the optimized scheme owns higher navigation accuracy.contributing a reference for the optimal design of the following ten-meter strap-down inertial unit.
