摘  要:3800卫星整流罩的分离设计是长征四号火箭研制过程中的关键技术。在火箭实际飞行条件下,弹射筒的可靠工作是整流罩分离的关键环节,分析整流罩初始变形、气动加热下的热载荷及爆炸螺栓起爆动载荷对弹射筒形成的“预紧力”效应,基于有限元方法对弹射筒受力特性开展仿真分析,计算出以上3种条件下的弹射筒受力工况。结合弹射筒锁紧销极限承剪能力,经分析认为在分离过程特定时刻的叠加作用下,会造成锁紧销异常剪断从而影响整流罩正常分离。TheΦ3800 payload fairing’s separation design solution is a critical technique in LM-4’s development.The reliable working of the ejection ram plays a key role in fairing separation under the circumstance of actual flight.In this article,the“pretension force”effect was analyzed under the load caused by initial deformation,heat deflection,and dynamic load of blasting blot.A simulation of the force properties of the ejection ram was conducted using the FEM method,in which the inner load of the ejection ram was calculated considering these above 3 conditions.In conclusion,the ultimate shear capacity of the locking pin would be cut off abnormally under the additive effect at a specific time during separation and thereby affecting the fairing process.
