摘  要:机械产品是航天器的重要产品组成。为确保产品满足高可靠的要求,并获得与产品性能、裕度及成本的综合权衡,必须从源头抓起,开展可靠性量化设计。对常用机械产品可靠性量化设计方法进行了系统梳理分析,给出了各类方法的原理、使用步骤、算例及方法选择,最后以核心舱贮箱产品为例给出了可靠性定量设计方法应用示例,为机械产品设计师开展可靠性定量设计提供了有效的技术途径。Mechanical product is an important part of spacecraft.The quantitative design of reliability must be strengthened from the source,in order to ensure that the products meet the high reliability requirements and balance the performance,margin and cost,etc.Common reliability quantitative design methods of mechanical products are systematically arranged,including method principles,implementation steps and examples.Based on the analysis,method selection criteria are proposed.The engineering application of reliability quantitative design method is given by taking the tank of China Space Station Core Cabin as an example,so as to provide an effective way for mechanical product designers to implement the quantitative design ideas.
