摘 要:针对柔性太阳电池阵板间电缆产品半刚性超薄多层结构的特点,通过Roll-to-Roll等离子体增强化学气相沉积技术在电缆表面沉积原子氧防护涂层的方式,提高产品整体原子氧防护能力,从而满足核心舱在轨服役要求。所制备的硅系惰性防护涂层厚度均匀性可以达到20%(400 nm),制备的防护涂层具有重量轻、柔韧性好、辐射率变化小等特点。通过地面原子氧环境模拟试验,被防护的电缆产品在2.5×1026atom/m2累计通量原子氧侵蚀下,整体质量损失小于0.5 mg/cm2,剥蚀率相较未防护的电缆下降2个数量级。该涂层还可适应温度循环、紫外辐照、电离辐照等空间环境。According to the characteristics of semi-rigid ultra-thin flat cable which connect flexible solar cell arrays,the atomic oxygen protective coating is deposited on the cable surface by Roll-to-Roll plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition technology,to improve the overall atomic oxygen protective ability of the products,so as to meet the requirements of in-orbit service of the space station.The thickness uniformity of the siloxane protective coating can control as rang of 400 nm±80 nm,and itself light weight,good flexibility and no affect of emissivity.The ground experiment shows the overall mass loss of the shielded cable product less than 0.5 mg/cm2under 2.5×1026atom/m2atomic oxygen,which is two orders lower than unshielded cable.The coating can also be adapted to the temperature cycle,UV irradiation,ionization irradiation and other space environments.
