摘 要:应用有限元软件对箭载光纤惯组电路组件的随机振动响应仿真分析。对比仅截取前6阶模态振型的仿真计算结果与计及更高阶模态振型的仿真计算结果,分析高阶模态振型对随机振动响应分析结果的影响。结合单一电路组件的随机振动响应分析结果,给出了结构关联性对电路组件随机振动响应的影响,并分析相关原因,为后续电路组件的器件布局、安装位置设计提供借鉴。The vibration response of printed circuit board(PCB)assemblies in optical fiber inertial measurement units(IMU) equipped by rocket is analyzed by using finite element analysis software. The simulation results considering only the first six order modes are compared with those considering higher order modes,and the effects of higher order modes on the vibration response results are analyzed. The effects of structure relevance on the vibration response results of PCB assemblies are given in combination with the analysis of the random vibration response results of single PCB assemblies,and the reasons are analyzed. The obtained results could provide reference for the layout design of components and PCB assemblies in optical fiber IMU.
