摘  要:为了满足运载火箭在靶场对图像解码的需求,提出了一种基于包数据交换协议(PDXP)的运载火箭可视化遥测解码系统。该系统采用高集成化设计,硬件上以便携式工控作为载体接收测控通信网内各遥测站同步发送的全帧数据,使用数字信号处理芯片(DSP)+可编程逻辑器件(FPGA)多处理器架构的嵌入式方案实现与工控机的通信和H.264硬件解码,并使用高清数字分量接口(HD-SDI)实现高清和标清图像的自适应输出。软件按功能模块化设计,使用多线程和多级缓存技术实现PDXP数据选优算法进行多路数据的实时无缝筛选切换;使用扰码+RS编码技术实现数据纠错解码;使用高性能解码库实现H.264软件解码。通过在西昌基地飞行任务中的使用情况表明,通过各种技术的综合运用,能够有效地提高图像解码的可靠性和实时性,满足运载火箭的飞行任务需求。In order to meet the needs of image decoding for launch vehicles in launch site,a packet data exchange protocol(PDXP)protocol-based telemetry image decoding system is proposed. The system is highly integrated. A portable industrial controller is used as the carrier to receive the frame data synchronously sent by each telemetry station in the measurement communication network,the embedded scheme of the digital signal processing(DSP)+ field programmable gate array(FPGA)multiprocessor architecture is used to realize the communication with the industrial controller and H.264 hardware decoding,and the high definition-serial digital interface(HD-SDI)is adopted to realize the adaptive output of high-definition and standard images. The software is designed according to functional modularization,in which multi-threading and multi-level caching are used to realize the PDXP data optimization algorithms for real-time seamless filtering and switching of multi-channel data,the scrambling + RS encoding technology is used to realize the data correction algorithm,and high-speed decoding library is used to realize H. 264 software decoding. The application to the missions of Xichang Satellite Launch Center shows that the comprehensive application of various technologies can effectively improve the reliability and decoding performance and meet the mission requirements of launch vehicles.
