摘  要:线缆测试系统是运载火箭线缆通路的测试设备,用以检测线缆通路的导通绝缘性能。随着电子系统集成技术的不断发展,以及智能化、小型化的设计趋势,开展了一种小型化智能线缆测试系统的研究与实现,满足了运载火箭内部线缆通路的测试,极大提高了测试效率和测试可靠性,实现了自动化测试理念,开展了一种线缆导通绝缘耐压自动测试系统的研究与实现。介绍了该系统的技术指标、工作原理、硬件组成及软件实现。线缆测试系统主要由嵌入式系统总线、AD采集模块、继电器控制模块、电源配电控制模块、配套附件人机接口等部分组成,内嵌了Windows操作系统以及专用软件平台。该系统的实现不仅降低了测试成本,还提高测试准确度,并实现了测试的自动化。Cable test system is the test equipment for cable paths of launch vehicles,and is used to detect the oninsulation properties of cable paths. In terms of the continuous development of electronic system integration technology,as well as the design tendencies of intelligence and miniaturization,a miniaturized intelligent cable test system is introduced. The cable test system is mainly composed of embedded system bus,AD acquisition module,relay control module,power distribution control module,supporting accessories man-machine interface,etc.,in which Windows operating system and dedicated software platform are embedded. It is shown that the introduced system can meet the needs for internal cable path tests of launch vehicles,significantly improve the test efficiency and test reliability,and realize the concept of automatic test. The implementation of the system can not only reduce the test cost but also improve the test accuracy.
