摘　　要：20世纪70年代以来,斯图亚特·霍尔坚持从文化、话语和意识形态维度对撒切尔主义所主导的英国文化、社会情势进行分析,旨在阐明撒切尔主义在市民社会、文化以及公共领域获得话语权和文化领导权的内在机制,从而为英国左翼重建文化领导权提供有效策略。在欧美各国右翼崛起的当下,霍尔对撒切尔主义以及新自由主义的情势分析成为透视当代资本主义社会深层结构性变化的新视角。Since the end of 1970 s,Hall has conducted conjunctural analysis of Thatcherism form the perspectives of culture,discourse and ideology with the aim to discover the mechanism of maintaining discursive power and hegemony in the fields of civil society,culture and public sphere;and ultimately provide counterhegemonic strategies for the British Left in reconstructing new hegemony.The conjuncture of the present world is characterized by a strong swing to the Right,so Hall’s conjunctural analysis of Thatcherism and neoliberalism can serve as a vantage point of understanding deep structural changes in contemporary capitalist societies.
