摘　　要：德国绿党自创立到现在40余年来发展迅速,已经从实力弱小的反对党发展为地位相对稳固的德国执政联盟党,因而研究它具有典型意义。德国绿党近15年来发展势头尤为迅猛。在多个重要选举和民调中取得超高支持率。这很大程度上是因为它关注更多群体的需求并对政策纲领作出延展性变化,从当初相对单一的环保、反核主题扩展至劳工、女性主义、多元文化主义等诸多问题。此外,其灵活的机制和新政治空间也促进了它的发展。虽然面临各种挑战和新冠疫情的影响,但德国绿党的地位仍旧稳定。从政治理念和历史经验判断,在2021年德国大选中,它极有可能与联盟党结盟,成为新任联盟政府的一员。The Green Party of Germany has developed rapidly over the past 40 years since its establishment.It has developed from a small opposition party to the new normal in German politics.It is of typical significance to study it.It has achieved especially great progress in the past 15 years.In many important elections and polls,it has got extremely high votes.This is largely because it has paid attention to the needs of various groups and made changes in its policy program,from the original relatively single-theme program to a multi-dimensional one focusing on labor,feminism,multiculturalism and many other issues.In addition,its flexible mechanism and the new political space have also promoted its development.Although facing various challenges and the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic,there is evidence that its status is still stable.Judging from political ideas and historical experience,in the 2021 German federal election,the Green Party is very likely to form an alliance with CDU/CSU and become a member of the new coalition government.
