从进步联盟大会看社会民主主义的变革与转型

摘　　要：进步联盟于2019年11月15—16日在瑞典斯德哥尔摩召开主题为"关于未来工作、可持续发展和团结的进步议程"的大会,大会重申了自由、正义和团结的基本价值,深入讨论了数字化和全球化时代背景下的未来工作、政策主张和工作重点,以及加强进步联盟自身建设的具体措施,并就气候危机、移民问题等当前国际和区域热点问题提出了解决方案。大会所讨论的议题和通过的决议,回应了新自由主义和右翼民粹主义带来的严峻挑战,深化了进步联盟的政策和理论,代表着社会党国际分裂以后,以欧洲地区为主的社会民主主义政党围绕重构价值认同,重振左翼政治所进行的变革与转型。Under the heading"A Progressive Agenda for the Future of Work,Sustainability and Solidarity",the Progressive Alliance held the Convention from 15 to 16 November 2019 in Stockholm,Sweden.The Convention reaffirmed the basic values of freedom,justice and solidarity,as well as discussed the future of work,policy and priorities in the context of the digitization and globalization.The specific measures were made to strengthen the Progressive Alliance and the solutions were proposed in particular regarding the pressing issues of climate change and migration issues.The resolutions that was adopted and the issues that was discussed responded to the severe challenges brought by neo-liberalism and right-wing populism and deepened the policies and theories of the Progressive Alliance.The achievements of the Convention indicated the social democratic parties mainly in the European region restructured the value recognition and reinvigorated the change and transformation of left-wing politics.
