美国对华贸易政策中的特朗普个人认知因素

摘　　要：自唐纳德·特朗普(Donald Trump)就任美国总统以来,美国对华贸易政策总体呈现保护主义的倾向。特朗普总统的个人认知是美国对华贸易政策的重要影响因素,其对华负面认知促使美国对华采取贸易保护主义政策。特朗普关于贸易问题的个人认知包括对美国全球贸易的总体认知和对华贸易认知两部分,前者为美国对外贸易政策定下总基调,后者直接影响美国对华贸易政策的制定。在特朗普关于对华贸易问题的个人认知的形成过程中,认知相符机制和历史类比机制发挥了重要作用。Since Donald Trump,the 45th President of the United States,took office,the U.S.trade policy towards China has generally shown a protectionist tendency.President Trump’s personal perception is an important factor affecting the US trade policy toward China.His negative perception of China prompts the US to adopt a protectionist trade policy toward China.Trump’s personal perception of trade issues includes two parts:the general perception of America’s trade relations with all other countries,and the perception of US-China trade relations.The former sets the general tone for the U.S.foreign trade policy,while the latter directly influences the formulation of U.S.trade policy toward China.In the formation of Trump’s personal understanding of American trade with China,the cognitive compatibility mechanism and historical analogy mechanism play their important roles.
