摘　　要："统一俄罗斯"党(简称"统俄党")作为当今俄罗斯最大的"政权党",是其国内政治中派主义的核心力量代表。通过分析统俄党在现代国家治理中的政治行为、运行现状及其与联邦中央政府的紧密联系,本文认为,该党在引领现代国家建设、促进国家认同等方面发挥了建设性作用,其在俄罗斯政坛的地位十分稳固。与此同时,面对来自国内外的现实挑战,统俄党务必顺势而为,采取积极有效的措施,推动国内经济多元化发展,回应民众合理的政治诉求。The United Russia as the largest political party is the backbone of the domestic politics of the Russian Federation and plays an important role in the society,leading the national construction,improving the well-being and responding to the political appeal.It is essential to analyze the political status of the United Russia and its political performance,political opportunity and challenge when engaging in the modern state governance,especially in maintaining the mainstream ideology in the era of social media.
