摘　　要：对资本家阶级的新变化进行分析是深入理解当代资本主义发展的一把钥匙。跨国资本家阶级理论认为,随着世界经济的跨国化进程,资本家阶级也实现了从民族国家阶级向跨国阶级的转变,形成了跨国资本家阶级。跨国资本家阶级出于追逐剩余价值的本性,通过跨国国家机器行使跨国霸权,确保全球资本主义生产关系的统治地位以及对其他地区的经济、政治和文化控制。但这种基于跨国生产格局的跨国霸权是不稳定的,经常受到来自内外部的各种挑战,其走向瓦解是历史发展的必然。显然,该理论在一定程度上把握住了当代资本主义的阶级变化,具有创新性;但夸大了全球化下资本家阶级变化的事实,遮蔽了资本主义国家内部的阶级斗争,也没有找到世界霸权的真正根源。To analyze the new change of the capitalist class is a key to understand the development of the contemporary capitalism.Theory of the transnational capitalist class explains that with the transnational processes of the world economy,the capitalist class also realizes the transformation from the nation-state class to the transnational class and formed the transnational capitalist class.By pursuing the surplus value,the transnational capitalist class exercises transnational hegemony through transnational state machines,ensures the dominance of global capitalist production relations,and controls the economic,political and cultural regimes of other regions.However,this transnational hegemony based on the pattern of cross-border production is unstable and is often challenged by various internal and external oppositional forces.Its disintegration is an inevitable historical development.To some extent,this theory has grasped the class changes of contemporary capitalism,and has a certain degree of innovation.However,it exaggerates the fact that class changes under globalization,obscures the class struggle within capitalist countries,and does not find the real root of world hegemony.
