摘　　要：职业技能是新生代农民工市民化的基础,能够有效促进其城市就业和职业成长。本文以新生代农民工作为研究对象,运用扎根理论进行其职业技能开发策略和演进规律研究,分析得出“基于技能补缺的初创式技能开发”“基于环境改善的摸索式技能开发”“基于持续雇用的增长式技能开发”和“基于动态发展的进阶式技能开发”四个主范畴,并基于此提炼出“新生代农民工市民化进程中的职业技能开发策略”这一核心范畴。在此基础上,进一步凝练出新生代农民工市民化进程中职业技能开发渐进型、跳跃型和突破型三种动态演进模式。Vocational skills are the foundation of urban employment and career development in the process of citizenization of new-generation migrant workers.Taking new-generation migrant workers as the research object,using grounded theory to conduct exploratory research on their vocational skills development mode and evolution law,the analysis has drawn the four main categories of“start-up skills development based on skills filling”,“focused skills development based on environmental improvement”,“increased skills development based on stable retention”,and“advanced skills development based on dynamic development”,and based on this,extract the core category of“evolution of vocational skills development strategies in the process of citizenization of migrant workers”.
