摘　　要：高校国际联盟是当代高等教育国际化的重要形式。从国际范围看,高校国际联盟形态大体可按照地域范围与合作领域划分。随着教育对外交流开放的不断深入,我国加入并发起高校国际联盟,对推进中国高等教育国际化具有重要作用。面向2035现代化建设目标,联盟应以建设国际大学治理协作体、创新共同体为目标,秉持共建共享、互利互惠、持续发力的原则,按照共识引领、目标导向、项目跟进、资源支撑的思路推进,通过目标机制、合作机制和资源机制创新探索高等教育国际化新路径。Nowadays,the international alliance of universities is an important form of internationalization of higher education.From international perspectives,international alliances of universities can be classified according to their regions and areas of cooperation.With the deepening of international exchanges in education,China has joined and launched international alliances of universities,which plays an important role in promoting the development of the internationalization of higher education in China.Facing the 2035 modernization goals,the alliance should aim to build an international cooperation body in university governance and innovation community;persist the principles of"built by all to be enjoyed by all",mutual benefit and continuous devotion;promote work in order of consensus,goal,project and resource;innovate the target,partnership mechanism and resource mechanism,and explore new concepts for the internationalization of higher education.
