摘  要:304不锈钢经中等轧制退火热处理后,采用电子背散射衍射(EBSD)技术表征了合金晶界特征分布和晶粒微观组织变化。结果表明,变形量小于30%时,退火后特殊晶界比例呈下降趋势,合金发生再结晶,晶粒组织细化,晶粒组织分布不均匀;当变形量为35%时,含有较高比例的∑3退火孪晶晶界,但二次退火孪晶∑9和∑27晶界比例较低,表明不利于二次退火孪晶晶界的生成。这在于大变形经退火处理后,生成的退火孪晶晶界以共格孪晶晶界为主,较少产生非共格孪晶晶界。304 stainless steel was cold-rolled at medium-deformations and annealing treatment,e volutions of grain boundary character distribution(GBCD)and microstructures were analyzed by the electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD)techniques.The results indicated that,under less than 30%strain,the fraction of special boundary declined after the annealing treament,recrystallizaiton occurred,and fine grains appeared in the matrix,where the grain size distrbutionwas unhomogeneous.When the strain reached 35%,the proportion ofΣ3 annealing twin boundary increased after the annealng treatment,but the secondary annealing twin boundaries such asΣ9 andΣ27 deceased,which did not contribute to generate secondary annealing twin boundaries.The reason was mainly due to generation of more coherent twin boundaries and fewer incoherent twin ones.
