摘 要:某环形立交主桥朝北发生偏位带动TD匝道桥一起偏转,在2017年夏季高温天气下主桥159号梁端朝北位移达80.67mm,TD2梁端侧向位移达123.06mm。解除环形主桥约束后利用夏季天气升温下北侧主线桥膨胀顶推主桥朝南恢复位移,当环形主桥恢复一定位移后,切割159号端横梁加大两侧桥梁伸缩间隙,防止北侧主桥继续朝南顶推主桥,并对损伤端横梁采用粘贴钢板法进行加固;TD匝道纠偏方案采用主桥恢复位移数据作为纠偏数据,采用刚体旋转法利用三维精调千斤顶竖向顶升和横向顶推恢复位移,监测发现顶升纠偏实测位移数据与理论吻合良好;环形主桥和TD匝道纠偏方案达到了预期的理想效果,可为类似维修工程提供参考和借鉴。The deviation of the main bridge of a Ring Interchange towards the North drives the TD ramp bridge to deflect together,Under the high temperature weather in summer 2017,the displacement of No.159 beam end of the main bridge to the north is 80.67 mm,TD2 beam end lateral displacement up to 123.06 mm,After removing the constraint of ring main bridge,the north side main bridge expanded and pushed the ring main bridge to the south to recover the displacement under Summer weather heating up.After the ring-shaped main bridge recovers a certain displacement,cut the No.159 end beam to increase the bridge expansion gap on both sides to prevent the north main bridge from continuing to push the ring-shaped main bridge south,And strengthen the transverse beam at the damaged end by the method of sticking steel plate.The TD ramp correction plan uses the main bridge recovery displacement data as the correction data,and uses the rigid body rotation method to recover the displacement using the three-dimensional fine adjustment jacks for vertical jacking and lateral jacking.The monitoring found that the measured displacement data for the jacking and correction are in good agreement with the theory.The ring-shaped main bridge and the TD ramp correction scheme have achieved the desired effect,which can provide reference and reference for similar maintenance projects.
