摘　　要：随着建筑行业的蓬勃发展,大跨径斜拉桥开始不断涌现。而索塔下横梁施工则是控制整桥质量的关键。舟岱跨海大桥位于东海海域,主通航孔桥为三塔整幅钢箱梁斜拉桥,索塔下横梁采取两次分层浇筑、塔梁异步施工的方式。下横梁支架依靠模块式落地钢管支架法快速施工。由于地处深水海域且当地台风频发,保障钢管支架的结构安全性与快速化施工质量是控制节点工期的关键。针对大曲率"钻石"型索塔的结构特点,设计出了独特的"扇形"支架形式。搭配以高强销棒牛腿、模块化拼装、弧线形导角模板等关键技术,达到了支架结构受力清晰、施工效率高效可控,混凝土表面美观的目的。With the booming construction industry,large-span cable-stayed bridges have begun to emerge.The construction of the lower beam of the tower is the key to controlling the quality of the entire bridge.The Zhouyu Sea-crossing Bridge is located in East China Sea.The main navigation bridge is a three-tower steel box girder cable-stayed bridge.The lower beam of the pylon adopts two layers of pouring and asynchronous construction of the tower beam.The lower beam support relies on the modular floor steel pipe support method for rapid construction.Due to the monsoon climate in the deep waters,the structural safety and rapid construction of steel pipe supports are the key to ensure the construction period of the nodes.According to the structural characteristics of the large-curve"diamond"tower,a unique"fan-shaped"bracket form was designed.Combined with construction methods such as high-strength pin corbels,modular lifting,and special lead angle formwork,the purpose of the structure of the bracket is clear,the construction efficiency is high and controllable,and the concrete surface is beautiful.
