摘　　要：本工程融合BIM技术、海绵城市、绿色建造、智慧工地、EPC模式等项目特色,参建方众多,信息交互频繁。主要介绍基于BIM模型的多平台交互系统,分别由设计阶段引入的基于BIM正向设计的CBIM设计平台、施工阶段引入基于私有云的轻量化EBIM施工平台及中建八局工期模块化系统平台3大系统共同搭建组成。通过交互系统搭建,在总承包管理模式上开拓基于BIM全生命周期协同的新管理思路。This project integrates BIM technology,sponge city,green construction,smart construction site,EPC model and other project features,with numerous participants and frequent information exchanges.This paper mainly introduces the multi-platform interactive system based on BIM model,which is composed of three systems:the CBIM design platform based on BIM forward design introduced in the design stage,the lightweight EBIM construction platform based on private cloud introduced in the construction stage,and the modular system platform for the construction period of the Eighth China Construction Bureau.Through the construction of interactive system,a new management idea based on BIM full life cycle coordination is developed in the general contract management mode.
