摘　　要：介绍了一种用机制砂和掺合料双掺配制C55混凝土百米高程泵送悬灌梁施工技术,以及在夹岩特大桥工程应用情况。通过研究和应用结果表明:使用P·O52.5水泥、SF-92型硅微粉、MA-FS型掺合料、机制砂、PC-Ⅰ型聚羧酸系高性能减水剂,按照标准要求进行试配,混凝土工作性良好,试配强度满足要求,一次泵送垂直高度能够达到110m以上,泵送设备运行正常。This paper introduces the construction technology of C55 concrete 100 meter height pumping and suspending beam with double mixing of machine-made sand and admixture,and its application in the project of the clip rock super large bridge.Through the research and application results show that the use of P.O52.5 type SF-92 cement,silica powder,MA-FS type admixture,mechanism sand,PC-type polycarboxylates high-performance Jianshuiji,according to JGJ 55-2011"than"design rules were tested with ordinary concrete,the workability is good,with strength to meet the requirements,a the pump can reach the vertical height of 110 meters,pumping equipment in normal operation,for the mechanism of sand of high grade 100 meters elevation pump to provide technical reference for concrete.
