摘　　要：大连湾污水处理厂工程施工中,采用了聚乙烯双壁波纹管方钢体系用于圆柱模板的支设,取得良好成效。应用此施工工艺,使得圆柱浇筑完成后内坚外美,光洁度高,该模板体系不需复杂的外部支撑体系,且其自重较轻、接缝较少,有利于提高工效和降低成本,获得了较好的经济效益与社会效益。In the construction of Dalian Bay sewage treatment plant,the polyethylene double wall corrugated pipe square steel system is used to erect the cylindrical formwork,and good results are achieved.The application of this construction technology can make the internal solid and external beautiful after the completion of the column pouring,and the finish is high.The formwork system does not need complex external support system,and its self weight is lighter,and the joints are less,which is conducive to improving the work efficiency and reducing the cost,and obtains better economic and social benefits.
