摘　　要：基于"内浇外挂"式预制装配式混凝土建筑设计原理,对装配式建筑预制外墙构件接缝防水进行分析,结合公司首个装配式建筑工程实例,以现场接缝防水实施为重点,从接缝防水构造、防水材料性能、接缝基层处理和接缝防水施工工艺等方面进行阐述。Based on the design principle of precast prefabricated concrete building with"internal pouring and external hanging",this paper analyzes the joint waterproofing of prefabricated exterior wall components of prefabricated building,and expounds the joint waterproofing structure,waterproof material performance,joint base treatment and joint waterproofing construction technology from the aspects of joint waterproofing structure,joint waterproof material performance,joint base treatment and joint waterproofing construction technology,combined with the first prefabricated construction project of the company.
