摘　　要：现代超高层建筑业态众多,更注重节能、舒适、智能化,需要配置众多的机电系统。机房作为机电系统的核心,对各项功能的实现起到关键作用,提高机房机电安装一次成优率对于整个超高层建筑质量管控有重大意义。结合周大福金融中心机房机电安装过程,分析机电安装一次成优的影响因素,根据实际情况研究得出提升机电安装一次成优率的方法。Modern super high-rise buildings there are numerous types,which pay more attention to energy saving,comfort and intelligence,so need to be equipped with many electromechanical systems.As the core of the mechanical and electrical system,the M&E room plays a key role in the realization of various functions.It has great significance for the quality control of the whole super high-rise building what improve the primary optimization rate of the mechanical and electrical installation of the M&E room.Combined with the mechanical and electrical installation process of Tianjin CTF Financial Center,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the primary optimization of mechanical and electrical installation,and studies the methods to improve the primary optimization rate of mechanical and electrical installation according to the actual situation.
