摘  要:碾压混凝土由于其对比常态混凝土造价低、可快速施工的特点近年来被广泛应用于水利工程大坝建设。对于工程规模较小,采用碾压混凝土形式坝体尺寸及坝内结构制约,在有限的投资下,混凝土入仓不易规划。曼点水库根据大坝混凝土施工条件,采用了溜槽中转、钢栈桥跨防渗区、利用开挖平台及坝体常态混凝土浇筑入仓道路、在右岸分坝段错开布置入仓道路等多种入仓方式,成功解决了大坝施工混凝土入仓问题。In the dam construction of mandian reservoir,in view of the construction difficulties of normal concrete on the top of the dam and many other adverse conditions,the project combines the actual situation of the site and optimizes the construction method,and adopts the pumping concrete pouring into the warehouse.Starting from the temperature control and crack resistance of pumping concrete,reasonable and effective construction technology measures are adopted to reduce the pouring layer thickness and inclined layer pouring,so as to ensure the quality of interlayer bonding.While meeting the"Technical Index of Dam Concrete Temperature Control",it achieves the purpose of preventing and controlling concrete cracks,and effectively ensures the integrity and durability of the detailed structure buildings on the top of the dam of mandian reservoir.
