摘　　要：既有住宅加装电梯是方便居民出行、提升广大人民群众幸福指数、进一步完善既有住宅功能的举措。由于施工场地紧临既有住宅,场地狭窄,环境保护要求高,电梯采用装配式施工,为减小电梯与既有住宅间的差异沉降,电梯基础需加固处理,通过工程实践,总结既有住宅加装电梯基础处理方法。The installation of elevators in existing houses is a measure to facilitate the travel of the elderly,the happiness index of the masses is improved,and the functions of existing houses is further improved.Because the construction site is close to the existing residence,the site is narrow,and the environmental protection requirements are high,the elevator adopts the assembly construction.In order to reduce the differential settlement between the elevator and the existing residence,the elevator foundation needs to be reinforced.Through the engineering practice,this paper summarizes the treatment method of adding the elevator foundation to the existing residence.
