摘 要:由于灌注桩工程施工相对简单,单桩承载力高,所以很多大型工程都采用该种施工工艺。但是对其工程质量要求很高,如果施工工艺不能严格按照设计要求和施工技术规范执行,施工过程中就会出现质量事故,不能确保桩身质量造成局部沉降等,而桩基础的质量出现问题时会直接影响到上部结构的安全运行,所以确保灌注桩施工质量不容小觑。为保证桩基工程质量,施工过程中需要进行严格工艺控制,尤其是在水环境因素的影响下,对该工序中的关键部位和关键环节质量的严格控制与把握,才是确保灌注桩最终浇筑成功的重要技术保障。Because the construction of cast-in-place pile is relatively simple and the bearing capacity of single pile is high,many large projects adopt this construction technology.But if requirement is high,the quality of the engineering construction process cannot be strictly in accordance with the requirements for design and construction technical specification,will appear in the process of construction quality accident,cause local subsidence can’t ensure the quality of pile body,and the quality problems of the pile foundation will directly affect the safe operation of the upper structure,so to ensure the quality of filling pile construction to be reckoned with.In order to ensure the quality of pile foundation engineering,strict process control is needed in the construction process.Especially under the influence of water environment factors,strict control and grasp of the quality of key parts and key links in the process is the important technical guarantee for the final casting success of cast-in-place pile.
