摘　　要：结合工程实际,经过大量CFG桩施工和QC小组活动,对泵送式振动法CFG桩进行超方分析,并提出有效的控制措施。研究成果使CFG桩超方现象得到有效的控制,节约成本2759011元,取得较好的经济效益和技术效益。Combined with the implement of CFG pile in an actual project,the QC group analyzed the concrete over-grouting problem of CFG pile by vibratign method and raised several control measures.The application of the research has effectively reduced the concrete over-grouting problem,saving about 2,759,011 yuan,and achieved both economic and technical benefits.
