摘  要:乌东德水电站骨料供料线采用胶带机运输,承担着施期砂石加工系统-高程970m混凝土拌合系统约800万t成品骨料的运输任务。针对供料线沿线地形复杂、距离长、落差大、施工难度大等技术难题进行了研究,通过优化胶带机布置、降低胶带机高度、回填大跨度冲沟、创新跨道路结构、优化大跨度桁架结构等关键技术和施工方法,成功完成胶带机的安装和运行,有效确保了乌东德水电站各项工程的顺利施工。The aggregates of concrete in Wudongde Hydropower Station is transported by a belt conveyor.The belt conveyor needs to transport 8 million tons of aggregates from the aggregate processing plant to the concrete production plant at El.970 m.The technical problems such as complex terrain,long distance,big drop and difficult construction are studied in this paper.By optimizing the arrangement of belt machines,reducing the height of the belt conveyor,filling the long-span gully,innovating the cross-road structure and optimizing the long-span trusses structure,the belt conveyor was successfully installed and operated.The aggregate transportation line effectively ensure the smooth construction of various projects at Wudongde hydropower station.
