摘  要:基于课题研发的新型高效围护墙体部品,以1栋4层公共机构办公楼为例,设置对比方案,通过斯维尔BESI能耗模拟软件,计算其在我国4个气候区的建筑负荷,进行新型高效围护墙体部品节能效果分析评价,以对工程建设提供依据。通过模拟分析发现新型高效围护墙体部品在各气候区适宜的方案为:严寒地区采用25mm厚STP保温板,外窗不宜采用电致变色玻璃;寒冷地区采用25mm厚STP保温板,外窗宜采用电致变色玻璃;夏热冬冷地区采用20mm厚STP保温板,外窗宜采用电致变色玻璃;夏热冬暖地区采用20mm厚STP保温板,外窗采用电致变色玻璃。Based on the research and development of new wall parts,taking a four-storey public office building as an example,this paper establishes a comparison scheme,calculates the building load in four climate zones in China through BESI energy consumption simulation software,and carries out energy-saving effect analysis and evaluation of new wall parts,in order to provide basis for engineering construction.Through the simulation analysis,it is found that the suitable schemes for the new type of wall parts in different climatic regions are:25 mm thick STP insulation board is suitable to be used in severe cold zone,and electrochromic glass is not suitable for the external windows;25 mm thick STP insulation board is suitable to be used in cold zone,and electrochromic glass is suitable to be used for the external windows;20 mm thick STP insulation board is suitable to be used in hot-summer and cold-winter zone,and electrochromic glass is suitable for the outer windows;and it is suggested to use 20 mm thick STP insulation board and electrochromic glass for external windows in hotsummer and warm-winter zone.
