摘  要:新建珠海市区至珠海机场城际轨道交通项目拱北至横琴段盾构隧道下穿供澳混凝土水管,隧道围岩为软弱土层,且供澳水管属于生命线工程,距离近(4.8 m)、强度低、沉降控制要求较高。为了确保水管完好无损,进行了预穿施工试验,采用化学改良剂对土体进行加固,试验过程中通过实时监测及时修改注浆参数和掘进参数,监控上层土体的扰动,从而得到更加合理的施工参数。施工实践证明:预穿试验后得到的参数合理,可有效控制地面沉降,保证下穿供澳水管隧道施工安全顺利地完成。The water pipe for Macao is crossed by the shield tunnel from Gongbei to Hengqin belong of a new Intercity Rail Transit Project which is between the downtown area of Zhuhai and the Zhuhai airport.The surrounding rock of tunnel is soft soil.With the high demand for the settlement control the concrete water pipe which belongs to the lifeline engineering is narrow with the ground in a low intensity.To ensure the water pipe is intact,one pre-crossing test is conducted.The soil is reinforced with the chemical modifiers.During the test,a more reasonable construction parameters is obtained by real-time monitoring and timely modify grouting parameters and driving parameters and monitoring the disturbance of the upper layer of soil.The construction practice shows that the parameters under the pre-crossing test is reasonable and can control the settlement.It can ensure that the tunnel construction which is crossing the water pipe is completed smoothly.
