摘  要:BIM技术在机电深化设计中具有重要价值。一方面,BIM技术具有的协调性、可视化、模拟性和优化性的特点为管线综合提供了一种新方式,改变了传统二维深化设计的工作方式,提高了各方的沟通效率和管线综合质量。另一方面,由于现阶段BIM的发展还不够成熟,BIM软件具有一定的局限性,导致机电建模与模型深化需要耗费大量的人工和时间,影响了BIM技术在实际应用中的价值创造。本文基于Revit二次开发,研发了机电快速建模系统,解决了Revit在机电深化设计中的局限性,提高了BIM管线综合效率与质量,推动了BIM技术的发展。BIM technology has important value in MEP deepening design.On the one hand,the characteristics of coordination,visualization,simulation and optimization of BIM technology provide a new way for pipeline integration,changing the working mode of traditional two-dimensional deepening design,improving the communication efficiency of all parties and the quality of pipeline integration.On the other hand,the development of BIM is not mature enough at present,BIM software has certain limitations,which leads to a large amount of labor and time required for MEP modeling and model deepening,which affects the value creation of BIM technology in practical applications.Based on secondary development of Revit,this paper develops an MEP rapid modeling system,which solves the limitations of Revit in MEP deepening design,improves the efficiency and quality of BIM pipeline integration,and promotes the development of BIM technology.
