摘 要:为了研究不同导电纱线的电热性能,选取6种导电纱线,测试分析其常温下电阻、通电时电阻、最大负载电流、加热性能等。结果显示:6种导电纱线电阻差异较大,其电阻与长度有显著线性关系,但相关系数有差异;在施加电压的情况下,纱线电阻增加;由常温进入通电状态时,导电纱的电阻变化率快速增加;随着电压增大,纱线的电阻变化率呈现不同的变化趋势;碳纤维、棉/铜镁合金赛络菲尔包覆纱、棉/铜丝赛络菲尔包覆纱的最大负载电流和发热功率均较大;在3 V电压下,6种导电纱发热均匀,但表面温度有明显差异。o compare the electrothermal properties of electro conductive yarns,6 different yarns are selected,the resistance at room temperature,resistance in energized,maximum load current,heating performance are tested and analyzed.The results suggest that the electric resistance of 6 different yarns varies greatly,and the resistance has a significant linear relationship with the length,but the correlation coefficient is different.The resistance increases and the resistance change rate of the conductive yarn increases rapidly when energized;With the increase of the voltage,the resistance change rate of the yarn shows a different change trend.The maximum load current and the heating power of carbon fiber,cotton/copper magnesium alloy and cotton/copper sirofil composite yarn are relatively high.At a voltage of 3 V,the six types of conductive yarns generate uniform heat,but there is a significant difference in surface temperature.
