摘  要:以聚乳酸(PLA)为基体,玄武岩纤维(BF)为增强体,采用熔融沉积(FDM)3D打印技术制备了玄武岩纤维增强PLA复合板材。测试了不同3D打印路径的BF/PLA复合板材的低速冲击性能,探讨了3D打印轨迹对BF/PLA复合板材耐冲击性能的影响。试验结果表明:打印路径对BF/PLA复合板材的耐冲击性能影响较大,单一打印路径的试样受到冲击后容易产生基体开裂,打印路径为±45°的试样受到冲击时,基体中的纤维能承受更多的载荷,抗冲击性能较好。The polylactic acid(PLA)is used as the matrix,basalt fiber(BF)as the reinforcement,Fused deposition modeling(FDM)3 D technology is used to prepare basalt fiber-reinforced PLA(BF/PLA)composite plates.The low speed impact properties of BF/PLA composite plates with different 3 D printing paths are tested,and the influence of 3 D printing paths on the impact resistance of BF/PLA composite plates is discussed.The results show that the printing path has a great influence on the impact resistance of BF/PLA composite plate.When the sample with the single printing path is impacted,it is easy to crack the matrix.When the sample with the printing path of±45°is impacted,the fiber in the matrix can bear more load and has the best impact resistance.
