摘  要:利用静电纺丝技术制备了聚氨酯(PU)纳米纤维膜材料,通过原位液相聚合在PU纳米纤维表面形成连续的聚吡咯(PPy)导电网络,构建了柔性PPy@PU纳米纤维导电膜材料,系统研究了聚合PPy前后PU纳米纤维形貌的变化、吡咯(Py)单体在纤维表面的最佳聚合条件以及PPy@PU纳米纤维膜的电磁屏蔽和应变传感性能。结果表明:PPy能够较好地聚合在PU纳米纤维表面,且当聚合时间为6 h、Py单体浓度为0.15 mol/L、膜厚为0.124 mm时,PPy@PU纳米纤维膜具有较好的柔性,电导率为722 S/m,在X波段(8.2~12.4 GHz)的电磁屏蔽效能为25.02 d B;同时在该条件下,PPy@PU纳米纤维膜具有优异的应变传感性能,在伸长率为50%时,电阻变化率为94.6%,最大拉伸应变系数可达326.3。说明构建的PPy@PU纳米纤维膜材料可以应用于具有电磁屏蔽和应变传感功能的可穿戴电子设备领域。Polyurethane(PU)nanofiber membrane materials are prepared by electrospinning technology.A continuous polypyrrole(PPy)conductive network is formed on the surface of Pu nanofibers by in-situ liquid-phase polymerization,and a flexible structure of PPy@PU is constructed.The morphology of PU nanofibers before and after polymerizing PPy,the optimum polymerization conditions of pyrrole(py)monomer,as well as the electromagnetic shielding and strain sensing properties of PPy@PU nanofiber membrane are researched.The results show that PPy could be well polymerized on the surface of PU nanofibers.When the polymerization time is 6 h,the concentration of Py monomer is 0.15 mol/L,and PPy@PU nanofiber film thickness is 0.124 mm,the conductivity of PPy@PU nanofiber membrane is722 S/m and the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness is 25.02 d B in X-band(8.2~12.4 GHz).At the same condition,the resistance change rate is 94.6%at the strain of 50%,and the tensile strain coefficient is up to 326.3.PPy@PU nanofiber membrane constructed could be used in the field of wearable electronic devices with electromagnetic shielding and strain sensing functions.
