摘 要:随着聚酯短纤产业的快速发展,手工记录报表的传统配桶管理方式已经不能满足企业的管理需求,迫切需要现代化、信息化的管理方式来解决配桶环节的管理问题。设计了一种自动配桶系统,可以在不改变原生产工艺的前提下,完成自动配桶任务。试验结果和现场情况表明,该系统可以替代传统手工配桶,通过对头尾丝时间戳信息的采集、处理,结合自动识别桶号技术,生成包含头尾丝时间戳数据的盛丝桶文件。该文件可以记录头尾丝在丝束中的位置信息,实现头尾丝跟踪,并为牵伸环节提供支撑。自动配桶系统实现了对配桶环节的数字信息化管理,提高了工厂的生产管理水平和生产信息记录的规范水平。With the rapid development of polyester short fiber industry,the traditional bucket allocation management method of manual recording report cannot meet the management needs of enterprises,modern and information-based management methods are the urgent need to solve the management problems of the bucket allocation link.An automatic bucket allocation system that could complete the task of automatic bucket allocation without changing the original production process is designed.Experimental results and field practical situation show that the system could replace the traditional manual bucket allocation,through the collection and processing of head and tail wire timestamp information,combined with automatic recognition of the bucket number technology,a wire bucket file containing the head and tail wire timestamp data generated.The file could record the position information of the head and tail wire in the wire beam,implement head and tail wire tracking and support the back stretching link.The automatic bucket allocation system can realize the digital information management of the bucket allocation link,and improve the production management level of the factory and the standard level of production information records.
