社会工作介入涉罪未成年人行为矫正研究——以个案小A为例

摘　　要：未成年人涉罪问题备受社会关注,涉罪未成年人行为矫正更是一个颇受关注的研究课题。社会工作在介入涉罪未成年人行为矫正方面发挥着重要作用。本研究采用个案工作方法,以涉嫌抢劫罪的未成年人小A为研究对象,对其涉罪原因及行为矫正进行深入分析。研究结果表明,小A涉罪的影响因素有:个体情绪管理、家庭亲子关系、朋辈群体、学校法律教育等;通过个案工作实务运用过程,小A在情绪管理、法律意识、朋辈关系、人际沟通、成长规划等方面取得了显著进步,可以成功识别错误认知,远离不良社交群体,有效缓解不良情绪,缓和亲子关系,顺利融入社会。The issue of juvenile delinquency has garnered significant social attention,and the behavior correction of juvenile offenders is an even more concerned research topic.Social work plays an irreplaceable role in intervening in the process.Using the case work method,and focusing on the rehabilitation of Xiao A,who is suspected of robbery,the research is designed to conduct an in-depth analysis of the causes of the criminal behavior and the paths of behavior correction.The research findings indicate that the factors influencing Xiao A's involvement in crime include individual emotional management,family relationships,peer group influence,and necessary legal education in schools,etc.Through the process of case work practice,Xiao A has made significant progress in emotional management,legal awareness,peer relationships,interpersonal communication,and career planning,etc.Xiao A has successfully identified erroneous cognitions,distanced himself from negative social groups,effectively relieved negative emotions,and reconciled with his parents,smoothly integrated into society.
