摘  要:以校园为本位开展金融教育是提升青少年群体金融素养的重要方式,文章通过对某中小学校园金融教育项目运作情况展开研究,从方案设计、教育成效、融合教学、制度支持四个角度发掘青少年金融教育校本模式的实践挑战与原因,并提出了五个应对策略:倡导转变理念,促进互利合作;建立工作机制,完善实施流程;契合校园特点,优化方案开发;金融社工赋能,理念融入项目;开拓资金来源,创新制度保障。旨在为其他类似项目提供借鉴和参考,并促进青少年金融教育校本模式不断完善和深入发展。Conducting financial education in schools is an important way to enhance the financial literacy of adolescents.The article studies the operation of a financial education project in a primary and secondary school,exploring the practical challenges and reasons of school-based financial education model for adolescents from four perspectives:program design,educational effectiveness,integrated teaching,and institutional support.The article proposes five response strategies:advocating for a change in mindset and promoting mutually beneficial cooperation;establishing working mechanisms and improving implementation structures;aligning with school characteristics and optimizing program development;empowering financial social workers and integrating concepts into projects;and expanding funding sources and innovating institutional guarantees.These strategies aim to provide guidance and references for similar projects and to promote the continuous improvement and in-depth development of the school-based model of financial education for adolescents.
