养老机构社区治理的实践路径——以G老人院颐养园社区营造实务探索为例

摘　　要：文章以G老人院颐养园社区营造的实践为例,通过社会工作专业方法介入养老机构社区治理,以公共空间打造为切入点,挖掘与整合园区潜在优势与资源,并采用赋权策略提升社区老人参与社区治理的意识和能力,逐步培育老人自治组织、形成共同文化观念,推动社区实现从“单向治理”到“协同共治”的转变,最终形成员工、老人、社会等多方力量共同参与社区建设、共同参与社区治理、共同分享社区治理成果的基层社区治理新模式,切实满足老人多层次、多样化的养老服务需求,是养老机构社区营造的典型经验和重要探索。The article takes the practice of community building in G Elderly Care Home as an example to explore the intervention of professional social work methods in community governance within elderly care institutions.Focusing on the creation of public spaces,it seeks to unearth and integrate the potential strengths and resources of the community.Through empowerment strategies,it aims to enhance the awareness and abilities of elderly residents in community governance,gradually fostering selfgoverning organizations among the elderly and fostering shared cultural concepts.This approach promotes a transition from“unidirectional governance”to“collaborative governance”within the community,ultimately establishing a new primary community governance model where employees,the elderly residents,and the society as a whole participate together in community construction,governance,and belief sharing.This model effectively meets the diverse and multi-level service needs of the elderly,representing a typical experience and important exploration in community building within elderly care institutions.
