摘　　要：目的了解癌症患者居家安宁疗护的需求情况,为相关部门进一步发展安宁疗护提供参考。方法采用质性研究方法对接受安宁疗护服务的7名癌症患者进行半结构式深入访谈,采用Colaizzi7步法分析访谈资料。结果提炼出7个主题:安宁疗护认知较低、疼痛缓解和舒适照护需求、心理支持需求、信息需求、尊重与社会关系需求、社会支持需求、安宁疗护服务地点选择需求。结论患者接受居家安宁疗护服务过程中需求逐渐多样化,应从加强安宁疗护宣传,提高患者知晓度;加强专业人才培养和跨团队服务,提供更高质量的安宁疗护服务;拓宽筹资渠道,建立安宁疗护服务体系,满足患者多样化的安宁疗护需求。Objective To understand the needs of home hospice care for cancer patients and provide references for the further development of hospice care for relevant departments.Methods Qualitative research method was used to conduct semi-structured in-depth interviews with 7 cancer patients receiving hospice care services,and the Colaizzi 7-step method was used to analyze the interview data.Results Seven themes were identified:low cognitive awareness in hospice care,needs for pain relief and comfort care,requirements for psychological support,needs for information,needs for respect and social relationships,requirements for social support,preferences in choosing locations for hospice care services.Conclusion The needs of patients receiving home hospice care services gradually diversify.Efforts should be made to strengthen the promotion of home hospice care and improve patient awareness.Professional talent training and cross-professional services should be enhanced to provide higher quality hospice care services.Funding channels should be expanded,and a hospice care service system should be established to meet the diverse needs of patients for hospice care.
