福利机构代养儿童适应能力及支持研究——基于山东省滨州市福利院对代养儿童的创新实践  

Research on Adaptability and Support for Fostered Children in Welfare Institutions:Based on the Innovative Practices of Binzhou Welfare Institution in Shandong Province

摘　　要：近年来,山东省滨州市福利院开展了针对困难家庭残疾儿童的替代性养护与教育服务,此举改善了儿童的生活处境、提高了儿童的适应能力。文章以山东省滨州市福利院为例,以代养儿童在福利机构的适应状况为视角展开调查,分析儿童适应能力水平及薄弱项目,同时选取2名研究对象,为其提供支持并分析成效。研究结果显示:福利机构代养儿童的适应能力处于中等水平、常规适应与学业适应能力较弱,且受儿童在其原生家庭是否为独生子女、院内同伴关系等因素影响;对儿童开展支持后,儿童适应能力显著提升,表明支持有效。In recent years,the Binzhou Welfare Institution in Shandong Province has carried out alternative care and educational services for children with disabilities from low-income families.This initiative has improved the children's living conditions and enhanced their adaptability.The research takes Binzhou Welfare Institution in Shandong Province as an example and investigates the adaptability of fostered children in welfare institutions.It analyzes the level of children's adaptability and identifies the weak areas.Additionally,two research subjects are selected for support and the effectiveness is analyzed.The results show that the adaptability of children fostered in welfare institutions is at a moderate level,with weaker adaptive abilities in routine and academic demands,and is affected by factors such as whether the child is the only child in his or her birth family and peer relationships within the institution.After providing support for children,their adaptability significantly improves,indicating the effectiveness of the support.
