体验式小组在受助人员精细运动康复训练中的应用——以广州市受助人员安置中心社工服务项目为例

摘　　要：受助人员在接受救助前的流浪期间疾病没有得到有效康复治疗导致精细运动能力持续衰退,而精细运动能力不足严重影响受助人员生活自理,也加重救助安置机构的管理压力。本研究旨在通过社会工作专业与康复专业合作,构建集康复训练、趣味游戏为一体的体验式小组干预方法,过程采用九孔柱测试,分别对接受小组干预与不接受干预的两组受助人员进行手部精细运动能力的前后对照。根据九孔柱测试数据并结合观察得出,干预能够激发受助人员参与康复训练动机,改善精细运动能力。The beneficiaries experienced a continuous decline in fine motor skills due to the lack of effective rehabilitation treatment during their homeless period before receiving assistance.The lack of fine motor skills significantly impacted their ability to live independently and added pressure to the management of the assistance and resettlement institution.The study aims to construct the intervention method of group experience activity(GEA)that combines rehabilitation training and fun games through the collaboration of social work and rehabilitation professions.The process adopts the Nine-Hole Peg Test to compare the changes in hand dexterity between two groups of beneficiaries:one group receiving the group intervention and the other group not receiving any intervention.According to the Nine-Hole Peg Test data and observations,it is concluded that the intervention can stimulate the beneficiaries'motivation to participate in rehabilitation training and improve their fine motor skills.
