摘　　要：随着人口老龄化的发展,养老需求与实际供给之间的矛盾日益突出。智慧养老作为我国养老发展的新趋势,为我国解决养老难、社区养老服务不健全等问题提供了新的契机。但目前社区养老服务中仍存在由于适老化设计标准的缺失而引起的服务设施与老年用户需求、认知不匹配、适用性、易用性较低等适老化问题。文章通过对社区智慧养老现状及问题的分析,梳理社区智慧养老服务的适老化设计的研究脉络与存在的问题,提出建构社区智慧养老服务的适老化设计标准体系,包括社区智慧养老服务的适老化规划、设计、服务与评估标准,以期能促进社区智慧养老服务质量的提升。With the development of aging population,the contradiction between elderly demand and actual supply has become increasingly prominent.As a new trend of pension development,smart elderly care has provided a new opportunity to solve the problems of pension difficulties and imperfect community pension services,and it is a new trend of pension development in China.However,due to the lack of aging design standards,there are still some problems in the community elderly care service,such as mismatch between service facilities and the needs and cognition of elderly users,low applicability and ease of use.Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of community smart elderly care,the research context and existing problems of the aging design of community smart elderly care services are sorted out,and the aging design standard system for constructing community smart elderly care service are proposed,including the aging planning,design,service and evaluation standards of community smart elderly care services,in order to promote the improvement of the quality of community smart elderly care services.
