摘　　要：2019年召开的民政工作会议上,把"推动移风易俗,引导良好社会风尚"作为婚姻登记工作的重点工作。2020年5月民政部印发了《关于开展婚俗改革试点工作的指导意见》。文章以我国新时代婚俗改革为主题,以三门县民政局婚俗改革创新实践为例。在厘清婚俗的内涵、外延与社会功能的基础上,探究新时代我国婚俗改革的主要内容和条件,分析目前存在的天价彩礼、婚嫁奢办等婚俗陋习和其产生和发展的历史根源和现实原因,提出新时代婚俗改革的传承与创新路径。At the National Civil Affairs Work Conference held in 2019,"promoting the change of customs and guiding good social customs"was highlighted as the key task of marriage registration.In May 2020,the Ministry of Civil Affairs issued the"Guiding Opinions on the Pilot Work of Reforming Marriage Customs".This article takes China’s marriage customs reform in the new era as the theme,and focuses on the example of marriage customs reform and innovation practice of the Civil Affairs Bureau of Sanmen County.On the basis of clarifying the connotation,denotation and social function of marriage customs,this article explores the main content and conditions of China’s marriage customs reform in the new era,analyzes the historical roots and realistic causes of its emergence and development of the existing bad marriage customs such as high-priced wedding gifts and extravagant wedding customs,and tries to find out the inheritance and innovation path of marriage customs reform in the new era.
