摘　　要：随着我国迈入老龄化社会、老年犯罪的增长以及刑事政策的调整,我国监狱系统关押的老年罪犯不断增多。由于年龄和身体的特殊性,对老年罪犯的监管改造已成为新形势下监狱管理工作的新挑战。根据对广东省N监狱老年罪犯的管理现状进行的调查研究,发现目前老年罪犯管理存在行刑成本高、法律制度不健全、管理策略针对性不强、改造效果不理想等问题,需要从行刑制度、刑事政策、医疗生活卫生保障、执法队伍等方面,探索应对罪犯老龄化危机的老年罪犯改造新模式,以提高对老年罪犯的管理水平,维护监狱的安全稳定。With China's entry into an aging society,the growth of elderly crime and the adjustment of criminal policies,the number of elderly criminals detained in China's prison system continues to increase.Due to the unique characteristics of age and physical condition,the supervision and reform of elderly criminals has become a new challenge in prison management under the new situation.According to a survey on the management status of elderly criminals in N Prisons in Guangdong Province,there are difficulties in the management of elderly criminals currently,such as high execution costs,incomplete legal systems,poorly targeted management methods and unsatisfactory reform effects.It is necessary to explore the reform model of elderly criminals to cope with the crisis of aging criminals from the aspects of execution system,criminal policies,medical and health protection,law enforcement teams,so as to improve the management level of elderly criminals and maintain the safety and stability of prisons.
