安全有效执法理念下直臂跪压控制技术研究

摘　　要：安全有效控制技术具有先进性和操作性强的特点,目前在全国公安、司法行政系统警察、交警等警种执法中逐步推广使用。直臂跪压控制带离技术具有实用性强、方便后续上铐或手腕锁控制带离等优点,在执法中使用频率较高,但在实际运用中,还存在落地无保护、直接跪压颈部等不规范操作。跪压肩胛固定可代替跪压颈部固定,徒手控制时,可使用单手手腕锁控制带离。Due to its progressiveness and strong operability,the safe and effective control technology is gradually popularized and used in the law enforcement of various police types such as the national public security,judicial administrative system police and traffic police.With the strong practicality and convenience in subsequent handcuffing or taking away by handcuff,the straight arm kneeling pressure control technology is frequently used in law enforcement.However,in practical applications,there are still non-standard operations such as unprotected landing and direct kneeling pressure on the neck.Kneeling pressure shoulder blade fixation can replace kneeling pressure neck fixation,and single-handed cuff can be used to take away when controlling with unarmed control.
