摘　　要：半监禁刑在美国刑罚体系中的运用由来已久。美国半监禁刑主要表现形式即军训营,军训营制度对于被处遇以社区刑的罪犯降低其再犯率,让其顺利回归社会具有一定积极意义。因此,以美国半监禁刑制度中的军训营实践为参照,结合我国刑罚执行工作实际,建立一种符合我国社区性刑罚执行模式,显得尤为必要。Intermediate sanctions have been used in the American penal system for a long time.The main form of Intermediate sanctions in the United States is the military training camp.The military training camp system has certain positive significance for reducing the recidivism rate of criminals who are sentenced to community punishment and allowing them to return to society smoothly.Therefore,it is particularly necessary to establish a community penalty execution model that is in line with the practice of military training camps in the intermediate sanctions system of the United States,combined with the actual punishment work in China.
