疫情防控常态化下警校学生培养模式的调整

摘　　要：按照疫情防控常态化要求,高校在校园管理中应体现预防为主的原则。为适应疫情防控要求,保障学生生命安全和正常教学秩序,警察院校根据防控等级不同,在教学上采用线上线下混合模式,在警务化管理上采取全封闭模式。适用新模式的过程中,出现了原有教学目标难以实现、职业素质拓展受限、学生焦虑心理凸显等问题。对此,从授课方式调整、身体与心理素质增强、疏通校企合作渠道、增加学生社会实践机会方面着手,有序解决围绕已暴露的学生管理问题,并通过指导灵活就业、拓宽升学途径、测评与资助、多方联动等手段,保障学生培养模式在疫情防控常态化下的有效实施。In terms of the requirements of normalized prevention and control of epidemic,the principle of prevention first should be embodied at colleges in terms of the campus management.In order to meet the needs of epidemic prevention and control,protect the students’health,and maintain the normal teaching order,police academies have adopted both the hydrid mode of online and offline means in teaching and complete closure in policing management according to various stages of epidemic.There have been problems in the application of these new modes,such as the difficulties in fulfilling the original teaching objectives,the limitation of professional development,and the prominent anxieties of the students.In this regard,we can solve the problems in the student management by means of adjusting teaching methods,improving the students’physical and mental health,strengthening the cooperation with enterprise,and creating more opportunities for the students to conduct social practice.Besides,we can make sure the effective implementation of the student management under the normalized prevention and control of epidemic through recommending the students with flexible employment,broadening their ways for further education,providing them with evaluation and funding,and applying coordination with multiple parties.
